Charity of the Month: Starlings Community

For Non Profits

Each month, browseYYC will feature a local "charity of the month"! For every business that joins us as a seller that month, the non-profit will receive $10, plus, 5% of profits for the month. In addition, shoppers will have the option to make an additional donation in the checkout process.

June Charity of the Month: Starlings Community

Children do not get a choice in the kind of home environment they are raised in.  But as a community, we have a choice in the kind of community environment that supports them.

Starlings Community's plan is to increase the community's capacity to meet children impacted by a parent's addiction (and other adverse childhood experiences) where they are at -- and support their resilience, well-being and healing.  Visit Starlings Website
